Wet your toothbrush and dip the bristles into the powder. Brush gently for two minutes, covering all surfaces, then rinse thoroughly.

Use once a day for the first two weeks, then two to three times a week to maintain your results. On the days in between, brush as normal with your usual toothpaste.
