🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund conditions carefully before requesting a return.


1. Eligibility for Returns

-Products that have been opened, used, or tested cannot be returned under any circumstance.

-Only completely unused and unopened items are eligible for return.

For Buy 1 Get 1 Free or similar bundle offers:

-If one item is opened or used, it invalidates the return for that item.

-You may still return the remaining unopened items, subject to the return fee below.


2. Return Fee

All approved returns are subject to a €7 processing & handling fee.
This fee covers administration and courier handling.


3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, you must contact us via WhatsApp on 79622096.

Once your return is approved, you will be required to meet one of our couriers in the St Paul’s Bay area to hand over the unopened items.


4. Refund Options

Refunds for eligible returns can be issued as:

-Store Credit (full amount minus the €7 fee)

-Bank Transfer (full amount minus the €7 fee)

Refunds are processed only after the returned products have been inspected and confirmed unused and unopened.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

-Opened or used products

-Products without original packaging

-Items damaged due to misuse or customer handling

-Free bonus items in B1G1 or bundle deals (unless unopened and all other conditions are met)


6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
We will assist you as quickly as possible.
